I have a new set of Viking stainless pans that I love. Decided to add this large saute pan to my set. It's beautiful and heavy and cooks wonderfully on our induction range. Great price too!

So obsessed with my new Viking professional aluminum stainless steel sauté pans!! They are by far the nicest pans I’ve ever used. I made sure to season them first and they cleaned up like a dream. Super heavy, sturdy and cooks food evenly. They are dishwasher safe but I have been washing mine by hand to keep them nice.

This saute pan is a work of art. The quality is unmatched to any of my other pans. It is a very generous size. I sauteed a large amount of veggies (yellow green squash, onions mushrooms) they came out beautifully browned. Also cooked 2 large sirloin tip steaks (6 mins each side on med heat with a bit of olive oil) came out fabulous (again nicely browned)! I paired that with some whipped garlic butter - am I making you hungry yet I have a gas stove and the handle did not get hot. I cooked on medium heat like the manufacturer suggested - no need to use a high setting with this pan. The additional handle makes it easy to maneuver. Im going to purchase another as a gift for my brother in law who loves to cook.

Wow what a beautiful pan very sturdy great size for frying not to heavy just right weight. Washes nicely! The handle has a nice sturdiness. Viking is a awesome company for home items and appliances. Highly recommend.

Holds heat well and is large enough to fry chicken. So far, I am loving it

This is hands down the best Saute/Saucepan I have ever owned. Since I bought it I have made Marinara, Bolognese, and Risotto and sauteed with it half a dozen times. It's so beautiful I leave it out on the counter. A few tips - this is the most evenly heating pan I have ever used, it heats up fast and holds heat incredibly well. I can't imagine a circumstance where I would use it on anything other than medium or lower heat. For cleaning - empty it, fill it with warm water and a drop of dishwashing liquid, let it sit and then just wipe it out.
