It is impossible to to pick up the sugar bowl cover. Tab is tiny.

I purchased this Villeroy and Boch creamer set to complete my New Wave service for 8. The pieces arrived in perfect condition and just as expected! I am very pleased with my purchase!

Sugar bowl is very nice, extremely disappointed with creamer. It is very small in size, especially when sitting next to the sugar bowl, it looks ridiculous. Also, the spout design is off and when the creamer is full, too much liquid comes out when poured. Very disappointed.

I just love these! The cup "pitcher" creamer is - so easy to use - and the sugar bowl too. They look clean and wash in the dish washer - and I am thinking that the sugar bowl really looks like a great "small cup of soup" container - so that it is not necessary to use a hot pad or glove as the handles are wonderful - and the sugar bowl has a "top". The cream pitcher - can also be used as a sort of small scoop - pitcher to fill up the soup sugar bowl. Or - I can use them - as they are labelled! Liked these so much I placed them on my kitchen counter for decoration - the lidded sugar bowl holds all purpose flour to use to make gravies - and the pitcher I placed sugar in for my lemonade (could also use for hot tea or coffee with sugar).

Now my wave set (Villeroy and boch)is finally complete. The packaging for delivery was perfect and also on time.
