Villeroy & Boch Purismo Wine Decanter

Good quality, but the caplid of my decanter doesnt fit well. Looks like its not a genuine one. Maybe Im wrong, thats why Ive sent an inquiry to the Customer Service, but nobody have responded yet.

I love it. This was my first order through Wayfair and the decanter arrived broken. Not sure who did the packing but it was very well packed. I think maybe the decanter was already broken in the manufactures box. Right away I notified you, sent photo and received an immediate response and a new decanter in 2 days. Such excellent service! Thank you and I will be ordering again.

Ordered 6 wine glasses.1 was broken. Took a month before replacement came. Replacement was broken due to the way it was packed. Service was great, but you need to do something about the way you pack fragile items and the timing.

I use this when I have friends over, its great! easy to handle.

I just love the shape of this decanter. It holds several bottles of wine so it is per when company comes over.

I like this because, one, it looks great, two, it can hold 2 bottles of wine, which is great for gatherings that we use it for a couple times a month! It really seems like a nice piece of glassware! It's nice and functional!

The decanter is a nice weight easy to handle and lovely to look at, It fits into the fridge easily or dishwasher. I love its ease to pour and its elegant looks.
