WÜSTHOF Classic 9" Hollow Edge Carving Knife

WE HAD COMPANY OVER FOR XMAS AND FIRST CHANCE TO USE THE NEW KNIVE----WE HAD PRIME RIB FOR DINNER--THE NEW KNIFE SLICED THRU THE MEAT LIKE BUTTER!

This is my first time with this knife and I can honestly say I won't ever be without it! I'm getting rid of the electric carving knife and only using this exclusively. As someone who cooks many roasts and beef tenderloin roasts I love this knife!

Just recently upgraded and replaced some of my oldest and most loved Wusthof knives. this 9” slicer is sharp and perfect for carving. Love it.

We have loved our Wusthof knives we received as a generous wedding gift for over 17 years. Several weeks ago a chunk of the handle on a smaller utility knife fell off without dropping or damaging it beforehand. Wusthof customer service was easy to reach and very understanding. They had us send in our knives and determined the handles had a problem covered by their lifetime warranty - and replaced them all with new knives!!! So yes, these knives might be more expensive than some, but I see it as an investment as their quality is exceptional and guaranteed for life, and good knives make cooking so much more enjoyable! This carving knife is even nicer than our old large utility knife it replaced.

Can’t believe i waited all these years for a knife is sharp and beautiful!

Very nice knife. My only criticism would be that for product of this quality and price I would expect it to come with a protective sheath.
