Super sharp n great steel that holds its edge

I bought this knife years ago and then the handle started to chip. I mailed it off and received a brand new knife. Great to have back in my collection.

Wonderful knife but wish the tip had a subtle curve at the end instead of the blunt/squared edge. Otherwise, great knife!

Steel too thin. Seems too cheap for the price paid.

When I picked it up, I thought something was wrong with this knife. Well, it was my fault. I didn't notice the Gourmet stamp. It's sharp but feels like a piece of sheet metal. It is a great buy if you're looking for an entry-level Wusthof.
