I am very happy with these steak knives. The German steel blades are very strong and sharp. They hold an edge for a long time and are easy to sharpen which you cant do with a serrated steak knife. They cut right through without tearing. The classic look of the handles fits perfectly with my other knives and are very comfortable to hold.
