Thin cheaply made tips bend with even the slightest pressure

Nice knife set thought it would be a little heavier gauge stainless steel

Bought for my granddaughter and she says they are a nice quality.

Knives are sharp, 1st real set in 25 years, and they are Henckels.

I want to specify that I bought these at a discount and my review is based on the price point I paid for them- not their full retail price. My first impression of these knives was disappointing. They appear to be very sharp but the knives themselves are extremely light and don't feel $240 quality by any means. The handles are plastic and the steel of the knives is so thin I'm worried they'll warp. They are no longer made in Germany and instead are made in India. I was under the impression these were some of the higher quality knives you could buy but my boyfriend's Cuisinart set is way higher quality than these. If I hadn't paid $80 for them they would be returned immediately but I think that's a fair price to pay for the quality. Aside from the poor first impression, they do appear that they would cut well and the block looks nice. I'll update after using them a while and see how they hold up.

Beautiful high quality set of knives. These are one of my favorite brands and they never disappoint. Everything came in great condition. The knives are very sharp and not too heavy to hold either.

OMG I finally got my knives sett, it took a little time to get here but now that it’s here it’s really really nice.. I love the set because it cuts right through the fruits,bread easily.I’m very happy with this set and I look forward to purchasing more of this brand.
