Exactly what was needed for my mom’s sitting room. Some of the lamps look so teeny and this one has a decent sized shade and the base is heavy and thick. Well worth the price. Be aware it is a dark brown, which is fine because she has brown tones in that room, but even if I was looking for black I would still get it because it’s so dark you don’t even realize.
