This was recently installed and is less than 1 month old and the motor is incredibly loud and annoying. We will unfortunately have to replace this fan already. It was installed end of May 2025, and winding started about a week ago, it is June 28, 2025.

This fan is simple and looks fine. Long term, however, it has a really awful hum when it is running that gets quite irritating.

It looks great, the is bright and elegant BUT the fan motor is too loud on anything above low speed. There's a whirling sound that drives me nut. We will not get more of these, which is too bad because I really like it otherwise. The noise is just a deal breaker :[
