I like this shelf lamp. It does get very dusty, but that's probably just more that I can see the dust so clearly with light shining on the shelves. I don't recall it being color changing, and if mine is, I have never used that feature (nor do I know how.) But it gives nice light and is great for storage in a small room/house like mine.
