[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for our large living room and moves the air around with minimal noise. This 70" fan has 3 speeds and reverse fan operation. The fan housing is a beautiful bronze color and has a hammered texture. It is recommended that you install at least 10' from the floor. The only thing I wish it would have come with was a remote. The control box is basically a remote but you have to mount it to the wall.
