I love the look! I am disappointed 1 died in 24 hours. 2 months later 2 more are dead :(

Absolutely love these lights! Exactly what I was hoping for. Put them on a dimmer switch. Pics off, low and bright light. They are gorgeous!

One of my lights died immediately after installation. I see that others had this issue too. Disappointing.

Update: 3 months later, another pendant is dead. Now I'm down to 1 out of 3 working. Wayfair still says this isn't a warranty issue. They hawked me the Allstate plan and Allstate won't cover it because they say it is under warranty. I spent my money, the product arrived dead, and Wayfair won't take it back. Do not buy this product and consider not buying from Wayfair in general given their poor support and resolution process. Review: Only 2 of the 3 pendants work. I would have given 2/5 stars only Wayfair was completely unreasonable and flat out denied any resolution. I asked Wayfair to either send a replacement or a partial refund since only 2/3 of the product worked but they refused. Apparently if you attempt to install the fixture, it voids any possibility of a resolution except you can't test if this thing works without installing it. It makes no sense. Customer service is very poor and does not seem to understand the issue. Furthermore, the customer service rep had the gall to ask me to buy an Allstate protection plan to cover this issue. They are trying to sell an insurance product to the customer just to cover a defective product. I mean...what is happening?

One unit did not work. I tried to return but, Wayfair has you make contact with the manufacturer instead of allowing you to return for a refund. I paid Wayfair and expect Wayfair to deal with the manufacturer.

I just moved into a new house and have been searching for just the eight pendant lights. Well i found them they are gorgeous.

I purchased these lights for my daughter as a gift for her birthday while theyre beautiful she loves them as much as I do she had an issue with them within a two month period so I requested a replacement but she is now waiting to see when her contractor will have time to take down the first set so he can replace with the new set that was sent she has to pay him once again to do this job for her so hopefully he will be able to do it soon because Wayfair is giving us 30 days to return the damaged pendant light set so fingers crossed because theyre lovely !
