This replacement down rod was 12” but was not the same width. It was not usable with the fandalier. Our electrician was able to cut the 20” rod to 12”

Wayfair came through again. I ordered my ceiling fan before we broke ground on our house. Last minute I needed to order a longer downrod and wayfair made is super easy and fast. I had the part waiting for my electrician and my fan is beautiful! Thank you!! Will return again.

It does what it is supposed to do.

Worked as advertised so no complaints. The black match our fan's body color so win win.

They should offer rod in shorter lengths - like 6".

Downrod was smaller in diameter than the standard so questionable. Also, couldn't get the 36" rod I needed for the fan so had to return it.
