Although I wasn't sure about this lamp when unpacking it, I am now happy with it. I looks great in my condo living room. One thing to note is that the button for turning it off and on is a floor button attached to the cord. It's easy to step on the button to operate the lamp as long as it's located in an accessible area. I took off one star because of that - it limited where I could place the lamp because if I wanted to place it on the other side of my sofa, it would be harder to access the power switch.

Base came damaged. This company is like a furniture swap meet, 2 of my 3 items have had issues. Sadly this didn’t get opened in time to exchange or return due to home renovations.
