Very nice lamp and heavy, so it will not tip over if you have romping pets or children.

Beautiful, sturdy, high quality lamp. Be sure to pay attention to the measurements. The base is real, heavy marble and doesn’t fit between the wall and our furniture where we wanted it, but we found another place for it. The rodpole wobbles just a bit—hard to screw tight enough so that it won’t budge. Also, it’s described as having touch onoff capability. It does not. Just has the button connected to the electrical cord that sits on the floor. Other than that, no complaints.

It is very stable and reaches over our table beautifully, just the right height. Since our table is in a great room and did not have a light above the table, it was just what we needed rather than attempt to have a permanent light fixture put in.

Not 87 inches. The highest possible reach obtained is 85 inches; the metal arm height not the shade. So because the shade hangs down you will have 70 1/4 inches of actual height due to the shade height of 11 1/4 inches. In addition, the extendable rod is not protected and so mine has scrapes on about a 1 -1/2 inch portion of curved rod exposed.

Actually Impressed with the quality of the lamp. Came packaged well. Could use a light diffuser under it. Not sure if it's actually 87" high, but it ended up working out for us anyway.

This floor lamp is beautiful! It has a marble base which makes it stable. The shade is linen on outside. Antique gold is the finish on the lamp. The arc is very high so you need a large space to use it in.

Fantastic floor lamp. The base is very heavy marble. it is well made. Easy to assemble. The gold is perfect, not too bright. The double tiered lamp shade adds a nice touch. Highly recommend this lamp

Very pleased with this lamp. The base is enormously heavy and the pole is solidly constructed. A light bulb was not included, which is ordinarily not surprising except that the listing said “bulb included.” I wish there was a lower diffuser on the shade (had to buy one separately) to keep the direct light from the bulb out of the eyes of people sitting below.
