The lamp shades were exactly as described! They arrived within a couple of days in a very sturdy box and totally unharmed. They were all individually wrapped in plastic. I think that they are of good quality. I had an old lamp that looked good with the shade and tried it out. Nice little lamp shade. I seem to be one of those people who have to ask themselves, “What part of six-inch do you not understand” I was surprised to find that the shade was so small. That one is on me. Looking at customer review photos the shade is obviously ¬ well little. Wayfair even has a diagram showing it to be 6 inches at bottom, 5 inches tall tapering up to 3 inches at top. Due to its size I understand why it took from July 1 to August 15 to reach me. It was lost in transit. Finally an email to Wayfair customer service had it delivered to my home within the week. Kudos to Wayfair. I was also surprised to find that it has a gold background instead of silver. I checked back on the site and sure enough it looks silver. Here again the review photos obviously show it to be gold. That’s another one on me. All things considered, I do like this shade. It is put together nicely. The shade is substantial. It doesn’t look or feel flimsy.
