UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW The chandelier is great. Well made, with a versatile style that works with varied decor. It’s official- I love Wayfair customer service! I was going in circles with Angi’s claims department and it seemed like their goal was to exhaust my will to get the situation resolved. (The first chandelier was dropped and broken by the Angi’s ‘professional’). I contacted Wayfair and they sent me a new chandelier despite the fact that Angi’s should have reimbursed me for the cost of a new one. ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH ONE STAR DO NOT opt for the installation option here! I did and unfortunately now I am dealing with Angi’s Claims Department. The Angi’s “Pro” dropped the chandelier and broke it. Aside from cosmetic issue (the damage is hardly noticeable and not my primary concern), the chandelier is now hanging from internal wiring and is a safety hazard. The manufacturer (Hinkley) said it needs to be replaced, but Angi’s claims representatives are requesting estimates for repairs that will cost 250 just to have someone come to my home and look at it and with no guarantee that they will reimburse me for the repair estimate or replace the light fixture..
