It's ....fine. I guess. It seems remarkably smaller in person than in the photos, but at least I measured beforehand so I wasn't too disappointed. The pole came with large dents in it, and I requested replacements for those, which seem to be on the way. The base itself is too small, so that once the shade is attached, the whole thing is imbalanced and it leans over, especially if it's on carpet. Rather than making the base bigger, the manufacturer included a larger metal plate that sticks onto the base to widen its footprint and this balance out the center of gravity.
