although only minor damage to one corner area of sealed carton, large piece broken, and several other elements actually missing. a bit of an ordeal reporting and reordering the pieces. not impressed with the manufacturer, disappointed with the mediation process, unlikely to do further business with merchant, whether that be fair or not. Pros: seemed to be a value Cons: our individual experience an unsatisfactory hassle
