Wow such low quality. Cracks apart as you put it together. Things don’t fit right, Missing parts, extra parts. What a waste of money! Random holes drilled in it at random. Never ordering through this site again

Very nice! It works exactly as it should and it’s very attractive.

This cart is lovely. I like that it came with protective plastic sheets to protect the shelves. The draw could use a stopper so it doesn’t pull out completely. It is small as I needed for my space. It’s real wood and just as it was pictured.

Be careful assembling as the bamboo has sharp edges that can break skin. Two of the 'shelves" seem like pressed board only about 3/16" thick. Unlike some furniture assemblies, this uses only "allen hex screws into bamboo" as a way of fastening piece parts. There are many screws, so a drill driver with hex bits is recommended, or you are in for long project. It was ok when done, but I'm not expecting it to last. Flimsy for the price..

Cheap materials and assembly wasn’t great.

The cart is a nice product. It comes from china and thus the assembly can be a challenge. But if you have a little experience you can work through it. On the one we received we got a lot of extra parts.

My husband bought me a wooden “toolbox” from Harbor Freight that is amazing to use as an organizer for my cosmetics. This cart matched very well and with a tiny modification to the top side railings- it’s the coolest! Sturdy, durable and smooth wooden finish. Very nice!

I ordered this to store my coloring books and supplies. It works perfectly for that and looks much better than one of the metal craft carts. I like that the wheels lock to keep it stationary when that is preferred. The plastic wheels don't roll very smoothly, but that isn't a problem for me. Assembly was easy using our own tools instead of the small tools supplied.

This would be a one-star review but some companies don't post those. We purchased this because Wayfair was the only company where I could find what we needed, and because of their reputation for quality. Unfortunately neither the product or customer service lived up to that reputation. There were several issues and we can't use it. The package was damaged. The shelves were bent. There were screws missing. There was not a place to insert the drawer. The instructions were incorrect. The return policy is difficult and designed to make you give up and just keep your purchase! Pictures of damage are required when sending it back, but you have to follow a link from the Return Policy page to learn that. We didn't know until we had repackaged it into an undamaged box which we had to purchase. We had to take it back out of the box, take the pictures and re-package it. Return shipping is not free. Neither the product nor the customer service lived up to Wayfair's promised reputation and we won't shop there again. I never leave bad reviews. I'm just being honest about our experience.
