Albott 12FT Trampoline with Pop-up Quick Connector

Grandchildren live this, wasn’t hard to put together

Unbelievably well, packed and secured box was delivered to our front door with no problem. We are missing a few parts. Mostly hardware. After our trip to local hardware store and getting matching parts to the few parts that we had we were able to assemble the trampoline. It is very well-made and it provides the ability to jump high. I don’t know if it’s as sturdy as our old trampoline but time will tell.

So I had to give this trampoline a 3 star right now because I hired someone to assemble the trampoline. The trampoline was purchased on the 16th and it was sitting in my driveway by the 19th. I was so excited it shipped so quickly. The box is really heavy. It was in really good condition when delivered. My handyman laid every thing out and made sure we received all the parts before he started building. All parts were included. He ran into an issue right away. With this trampoline all the poles ends are squared. One of the top rails poles was round. So the squared ends would fit into the round ends. So the circle for the jump mat that the springs hook too couldn’t be built till we received a replacement part. I reached out to Wayfair. They stated that they had to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer as well. As soon as I hear from either company I will update my Review and add photos of the trampoline all put together. UPDATED REVIEW 050225 So I contacted Wayfair and they answered back within 2 hours with a resolution. Unfortunately they don’t just sent out 1 part. They had to send out a whole new trampoline. All I had to do was take out the part I needed and put in the wrong part I received and tape back up the box. Wayfair gave me a return label to send it back. I just contacted FedEx and they sent the driver to come pick it up. I just had to place in an easy excess able area. I am very happy with the way Wayfair handled my issue. They were fast and very helpful. The trampoline is truly AMAZING. I love that the bars with the safety pads are on the outside of the tall net. The netting is very taught and safe. The bounce pad is nice and bouncy. My little guys were used to a 7ft trampoline so this 12ft trampoline is HUGE for them. It comes with safety padding that covers the springs and the gap in between the springs. I really like this because their old trampoline if they got near the edge I was worried they would fall and their leg get hurt. This is a very sturdy nice and big trampoline for the price point. If you have small and big kids this trampoline would be perfect. Plenty of jump space. The net not only 2 way zips it has snap buckles if you want extra protection. I hope that this helps you decide to buy this great trampoline for your family like I did mine.

After two parts did not fit together the company send the pieces and we were able to put together the trampoline without any issues and not too long a time. The kids love it. My o my complaing is FHAs the stakes won’t hold it down if wind picks up so we will have to purchase different ones. Looks great and good quality trampoline.

Awesome trampoline! It is easy to set up and the grandkids love it. It bounces great and the safety net is a great feature. It seems sturdy with strong springs. I am hoping it lasts till they all grow up.

Nicely made for one person at a time. The safety net was in a safety bag for additional use for other things. Installation took 2 days for one person to assemble and test for use. The blue sets the summer off to match the pool. The ladder is for children to average adult weight.

This trampoline is awesome!! What surprised me is how easy it was to put together! The directions were easy and fast and I was able to do by myself. Kids love it and the quality is wonderful! Highly recommend.
