We have had this sauna for 2 winters now and love it just as much as when we purchased it. We have used many saunas state-side but do not have experience with European saunas, so I cannot state that it equals 'traditional saunas.' However, we very much enjoy our experience. The wood/ construction is good (we have the cedar) but not excellent. It went together fairly well over the course of a couple days. The large heater heats the space easily. It takes about 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour to get up to a good temp. We have it in an unheated space. The air can be cool at the feet while your head is hot, so I usually start with waving my towel to mix up the air upon first getting in, but it is not an issue once you are in there. The only construction issue is the poor support for the upper bench. Our bench started failing in the first year. Neither my wife, nor I am overweight. It definitely cannot hold 4 people on the upper bench without some reinforcement. The lights work great, the timer/power control is easy to operate.

Arrived very well packaged and undamaged on a double pallet. Instructions were straightforward. Assembled myself with help from my wife when I needed two people. Love it.

Very poor quality of the product. Some of the pieces arrived damaged. Think twice before ordering.

Pretty low quality cedar wood, rough, damaged here and there, some warped boards, sub par construction with gaps, really looks like leftover sort of wood quality. On top of that there was damage at the time of delivery, submitted pictures and received no response from wayfair for 2 weeks (puzzling who decided to put heavy stones on top of everything- the stones were moving and damaging everything below in the package)
