Great hot tub, great pricing and delivery, great customer service

Great basic no frills hot tub with a lounger. To fit on my patio, I needed a smaller hot tub but wanted one with a lounger. This fit the mold. It is easy to setup. Truly a plug and play. Relatively light weight so easy to maneuver sans water. Very quiet when running. I want to be able to watch TV while enjoying the warm water. I did a lot of research and might have paid a bit more than I wanted, but I dont regret it. I am sure I will be enjoying it for years to come.

Nice tub, but arrived with damage that had previously been repaired with some type of silicone. Other than that, we’re happy with it. Gets plenty hot, jets are adequate, and it’s quiet so neighbor is happy too.

We love it, perfect for the 2 of us easy to setup. Came 2 weeks earlier than expected the entire transaction was flawless and well communicated

I had my doubts that a plug and play hot tub would do well, but this one keeps the water hot and the jets are good. I ran a dedicated 20-amp circuit to it and no trips so far. Easy installation and seems dependable.

DO NOT BUY - Don’t make expensive purchases on Wayfair without buying additional warranty coverage. This spa is a product of Strong Spas and after only ONE year it has started leaking underneath. This purchase was way too expensive to be leaking after only one year. Wayfair told me after 30 days they will do nothing about this and to contact the manufacturer Strong Spas. Strong spas only offers one year of help with the spa and then after that you are on ur own for diagnostics and you get two years for replacement parts. And that is it. Don’t make big purchases on this site, lesson learned.

Just set it up so I haven't used it yet but everything appears to be working and set up was simple. Delivery experience was 5 star as the driver went above and beyond just dropping it in the driveway and helped use move it to the back yard. Only complaint is that it took Wayfair over 2 weeks from the time I ordered it before they even shipped it. 9/10/24 update. All good so far for an entry level tub. Jets are oddly positioned, however, and all too low for anyone my size to get any upper back or shoulder therapy. Calling it a 3-4 person tub is bizarre - two persons tops unless we are talking children or real small adults. Mine has 15 non adjustable jets not 14 as described. Not sure what that's all about. Holds heat at 104 real well. . Overall, pleased with the purchase so far.
