Absolutely beautiful, and even delivered early! Was cheaper than anywhere else for same exact model!!! Well protected for delivery. Delivery guys were wonderful!

We love our hot tub!! Very nice. The only 2 draw backs- we cant figure out how to shut jets off (calling manufacturer) and it really doesnt have enough leg space for 7 ppl. For the price though, its great!

So far, so good. We had done some comparison shopping and this was definitely a great deal. It is a very nice looking jacccuzi with some great features.

I am bit upset because I bought this to ship to Europe which Wayfair should not charge me tax or refund the tax (because I am shipping this out of the county) once I give them the Bill Of Lading that I will get from my shipper showing that this will be shipped. I bought this because sometimes things go low or go out of stock and then I can't get it. My shipper has a small warehouse and that is the reason I had it shipped to my house so I will not burden him with this large item since it will not be going until mid July. Other venders will refund me the tax once I give them the bill of lading that my shipper gives me. Very disappointed about this.

Looks fantastic . Still wrapped up currently. The delivery guys were good and helped me to get it to rear of my property. Waiting on electrician now to hook up

Definitely is not a seven person hot tub advertisement is false!

Received my spa and the electrician came to connect it. After hours of testing, he determined that the spa doesn’t work due to continuity between the hot and neutral wires. So disappointing. Now I have to figure out what to do with my brand new broken spa.
