So far so good. I have had this hot tub for about a month. It seems to work well and looks great. I feel like the side pannels may warp but they are detachable and I loosened the screws to allow it to expand.

We love our new Jacuzzi. It’s absolutely amazing and relaxing. We chose this one because our last one was old and worn. This one is more modern and updated. We are excited to use it in our new space outside.

Will come back to update but currently we are in the midst of getting a replacement. After initial set up per instructions our hot tub reached preset temp of 100 degrees after 18 hrs but continued to run continuously for approximately 22 hrs before shutting off. At that point the control/display panel was unresponsive. Even after shutting off and cooling down the temperature/jets/light control panel would not respond at all in spite of troubleshooting. Contacted Wayfair and their service chat was incredibly helpful in providing options. They are arranging for return and replacement. Hoping the replacement tub meets the great reviews I read on this and other sites. It would be perfect it if we could get the panel to turn it back on. Also please know that if you have backyard delivery it is only that. Your backyard must be accessible and they will only bring it to the spot you want it. They are not able to remove it from the pallet. You will still need a few strong people to help to get it into position.

Our family loves the spa. It’s perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. We really like the waterfall and all of the cup holders. Plus it’s big enough for everyone to have their own space. Our three year old can comfortably walk from side to side without it being too deep.
