Kaibab 9' Market Umbrella

This umbrella is very nice. I love the fact that it has a 10 year warranty against fading. The amount for replacement decrease a little every year but is still a great feature!

Bought this to replace a Pierpoint 9' Market Umbrella that bit the dust after one year (we left it open overnight and a wind gust took it sideways, breaking the "chrome" tilt mechanism (which was plastic). This Kaibab umbrella was twice the price of the Pierpoint and appears to be of heavier construction as desired, at least upon first glance after putting it up for the first time. Nice color which hopefully won't fade as fast. This has a fabric wrap tie rather than a Velcro tie like the Pierpoint, FWIW. So far so good.

Love the color and the material is very good canvas. Just the size we needed for our deck.

Very light, we get high winds, and we only used for 2 months before it was completely broken by a windy day.

Love it. Had for a year and no fading at all. Just bought a second for another area of the house.

Disappointed in the quality! Although the pole is metal, the decorative knob on top and the cap it fits into are plastic. When I was attaching it, it cracked! The umbrella itself is still useable, and looks nice, but cannot use the decorative piece on top. I just put it up a few days ago, so we’ll see how the umbrella itself holds up through the summer.

Just as advertised. Good, sturdy product.
