This standard motorized patio retractable awning includes a pre-installed white powder-coated aluminum protective hood. The awning is heavy-duty, fully assembled, DIY, and hand-crafted. Its manual operation consists of a pre-installed gear (standard left-side crank). Its left motor operation includes a remote control, a pre-installed motor with a 12 ft long black cord (110V outlet), and a manual override loop. Its right motor operation includes a remote control, a pre-installed motor with a 12 ft long black cord (110V outlet), and a manual override loop. And a 5-long crank handle/rocker arm to manually extend and retract the awning. The beautiful framework is made out of rust-resistant, powder-coated, commercial-grade, steel, and aluminum. The awning fabric cover and valance are woven out of the Beauty-Mark branded 100% acrylic fabric and have resistant coatings to help (1) maintain its rich color while being exposed to harsh UV rays, (2) prevent mildew and soil buildup, and (3) maintain a water-resistant barrier allowing for rain to roll off of the awning and not soak through the fabric. It is recommended that the awnings are used only during sunny weather and to avoid the use of the awning during poor weather conditions such as rain, snow, high winds, etc. The performance of awning is durable and can withstand high winds up to 35mph.
