Awntech Nantucket Acrylic Fabric Fixed Awning

received a completely different color than what I ordered ( and completely different design than the photographs ) . Cheaper quality. No trim as depicted in all the photographs. I don't know how Wayfair gets away with this bait and switch, but I'm going to start shopping local in person after this. I have to pay return shipping for this, when they sent me the WRONG ORDER.....?!?!?

Excellent product.

I had to return the first 2. The canvas was slightly askew and the seams and Velcro attachment strips did not completely line up. I was told free returns but I was charged a return shipping fee. In the end, the final 3 turned out good. The color looks lighter in person than on the website. I hope they sell replacement canvases of different colors for them.

Well made. But the instructions have not been updated. The uprights were told to be inserted with the velcro on the outside. Well, I held them up and no matter what end I placed these...the velcro was on the back So I removed. The corner brackets and quarter turned them to place the velcro on the outside. I assembled them and started attaching the fabric to the frame. The soft velcro wrapped around the back on the 2 uprights where I had removed the velcro that said it was to bein the sides. I peaked the velcro off and stuck it on the back of the uprights. My concern is that the velcro may loosen and come off. Thoughtless and careless . The instructions need to revised. It was a pain.

Absolutely love!!! Fairly easy to install according to the hubs !!!!!

The picture on the website showed the awning with a white edge. The product actually comes with a burgundy edge. The assembly instructions were small and a little less then clear. It was difficult to stretch the fabric over the frame. It would have been nice to know that the frame is clear aluminum. I used it as interior decor so withstanding a wind is not an issue. The construction is rugged, and it can be mounted on the supplied brackets in a manner that allows easy removal. Overall, the affect is what I wanted, and it is very cute.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these awnings! Makes my whole house pop! It took 2 guys (carpenters) about 4 hours total to install. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

I like it. It is sturdy, well made, and pretty easy to install. I would have given 5 stars but, the scallops are black , not white as advertised.
