Backyard Discovery Canyon Creek Cedar Wood Swing Set with Wave Slide, Clubhouse, Rock Wall, and Play Kitchen

Love the look and the kids love it but thw quality is lacking. Weve had it up for less then 6 months and 3 of those months was winter and we already have cracking and peeling/splintering wood. The big structural beam for the swings seems to be splintered in half as there is a crack on the front and the back running the length of it. It also was missing a ton of bolts when it was delivered and we had to buy a bunch of our own to put it together. We had it professiobally built as well. Our kids love it but I don't think it's going to last very long structurally and that's incredibly frustrating for a not so cheap swingset.

Great purchase. Lay the pieces out and follow the guided steps. Easy to put together.

We love it! It was definitely a task putting it together but we got it done and the kids love it! We have had lots of compliments!

It has been 3 years since we purchased this playset. I am highly disappointed with how it has held up. So many pieces have fallen off. Many screws are loose. The finish and paint of the wood is completely gone. We have to revamp the entire playset this year. I would NOT recommend buying this if you want something long lasting and that can handle normal wear and tear of children playing.

Would put zero stars but could not. Product is poor quality. Wood is very soft and many pieces were delivered damaged or cracked. Installers hired through Wayfair did not alert me to the damaged parts and put it together without asking me if I wanted them to use them. I only noticed after I got home from work and they had left.

Truthfully I couldn’t even review the swing set because it still isn’t build. I will never EVER recommended the assembly service Angi that Wayfair contracts through. Today is the THIRD appointment. First, the pros were LOVELY and very organized and insured to do inventory first. There was one piece missing. Wayfair was helpful and ensured we got the missing piece(a week later). The second experience the pros again were nice but had to end the job after a couple of hours due to rain. Today- I reach out to Angi to get both the pros contact info as it is a TWO person job… they tell me that one pro said he can do it alone… within 4 hours. There is no physical way one person can build a FULL swing set in 4 hours… the person I spoke to at Angi was rude and not helpful. There is no way one individual should have been able to claim a job for 2. I’m so disgusted that now weeks have gone by that my children stare out the window at boxes of wood asking when they can play on the swing-set. And here we are on Mother’s Day no less were my children will be let down. Angi’s building services customer service is unprofessional and do not care about their customers. Never again will I purchase something from Wayfair that requires professional assembly.

Concerned so many boards are cracked! And some are the main supportive boards of the whole structure. Not sure how long this will last, which is disappointing for the price we paid.

Purchased this for my 3 year old granddaughter's birthday. She absolutely loves it and plays on it any chance she gets. Took my husband and son in law a couple of days to put it together but it was pretty straight forward. Love that I got this one..it seems very good quality and exactly what my granddaughter wants and needs.

Set has not been put together. I am sure it will be like everything I have ordered...Excellent.
