very good quality but for me it's too big

This was the best deal we could find anywhere. The customer service was very helpful and the pool arrived on time.

Pool is impossible to assemble

Pool is a good one only problem we had was the liner had a hole in it. Still waiting to see if companie is going to send a new one. We decided to buy a liner while we was waiting.

Took time to get this install, as it was very difficult to find someone to install it. Most company won’t install a pool if you don’t directly purchase the pool from them. After installing I observed that the pump was defected and when call to get the issues fix I was told the 30 day mark as just expired. Instructions for ladder was not clear.

For this amount of money , they should offer assembly options, as the instructions are very very poor and not enough detailed. The liner is very thin so be careful.

Wonderful pool just really a task putting it together

Wayfair was great on service. The manufacturer could definitely improve on installation instructions. The ladder instructions are just worthless!!!

Great product, set up took some time but the pool is nice and large to accommodate our family of 7.

What shipping company would drop a pallet behind someone’s car! Thoroughly disgusted as to the lack of thought by the shippers. Now I have to move all the pieces on the pallets to another spot so I can move my car. No idea what the pool is like, just know shippers are horrible.
