Palram - Canopia Grand Gardener 2 Clear Greenhouse

Customer service didn’t respond. Am dissatisfied. All we needed was a replacement part that was damaged.

This greenhouse is the perfect size for the area we placed it. My husband put it together by himself. So it took him days to finish it. But my husband is also 78 years old so I was very thankful no matter how long it took. The instructions were more like a coloring book and there were times my husband wanted to scream. But it's finished now and I am very happy with it and my husband is relieved it's over.

Very nice greenhouse. Took 2 of us 4 days to put it together. Would be helpful if written instructions were included and not just pictures. Everything is growing well in the greenhouse.

Too light it blew away in a wind storm. Broke to pieces.

The Greenhouse is great!.... Be ready to pay someone to put it together and it will take 20-30 hours. After paying a contractor to put it together, it was missing one last window on the back side. I had no idea it was going to be such a big project to assemble.

I am so unhappy with this purchase. I would never have spent so much on this greenhouse if I knew how flimsy it actually was. The online pictures are very deceiving. We had one windy night and lost so many parts as shown in the picture. Now I have to spend my day figuring how to make it so this doesn’t happen again and hopefully my plants will be ok as they aren’t made for cold weather. This thing is also an absolute nightmare to put together and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Extremely unhappy.

I’m not very impressed with this...I spent $2,500 for something that looks pretty cheap, and not put together well. I’m not sure how much of it is the product itself and how much of it was the professional install I paid for through wayfair as well, but it’s not up to my standards by any means...and I’m still very glad I did the install, because there was a couple things that they didn’t do, and trying to go through the instruction myself was a NIGHTMARE. plus it took 2 pros 9 hours to install I can’t imagine what it would have taken me. But first off, it says 9x9. It’s definitely 8x8. Not even the outside dimensions are 9x9, but the inside is exactly 8x8. Nothing feels very secure, the cheap plastic (which I thought was glass but that’s my bad for not reading the product specs good enough) is bubbling out everywhere. And overall it just feels very flimsy. The vent doesn’t shut all the way, the door is hard to shut. It will work... but If it weren’t for how much money I spent on install, and how difficult it would be, I would return it. If I were you, I would see what Other options they are. This is my first greenhouse, so maybe this is just the quality you get for $2,500, but I was definitely expecting it to be nicer.

Thank you love the greenhouse, but there was about 2000 small parts took my crew of 4 men 4 days to put together, so a 2900 dollar greenhouse cost me 5000.

This is one of the best things I have bought in a long time!! It was harder to put together than we thought but it got done, somehow!! It held up to the crazy rain and wind that we had this winter and is now full with lots of veggies for our garden. Super cute in my backyard! Didn't give it 5 stars because I feel the instruction could be cleared and parts marked better.

I bought this for my son. Although we used Handy to assemble, there were some issues with them.. Wayfair was VERY supportive and helpful in getting Handy to do the right thing.. Now that it’s all assembled, my son loves it.. He’s a tall man and can walk around in it and it’s beautiful.. Thank you Wayfair
