Absolutely love it. Had it installed by a contractor and he didn't take long to do it. He did work a little bending the plexiglass down. It has a beautiful, modern look and does the trick of keeping me dry while I open the door. Instructions said you need clearance on the top, but I have virtually no clearance above it and it still worked.

I haven't seen any awnings like this anywhere before and I liked that it was a little different than your standard wood or aluminum awning. Update: This awning is terrible! It broke after a few months when the plexi came out of the channel during a windstorm. There was no way to get it back into the channel so I ended up having to take it down. I get full, blazing sun at my front door and while the material is tinted (I bought the gray), it doesn't do much in terms of shade. I really only bought it to get something up there to replace the old out-dated aluminum one I had up there and needed something to block the rain and snow. The metal arms are every heavy and you'll definitely need two people to do this installation. I ended up having a carpenter install mine because I wanted to make sure it was up there securely given that I'm in an area that gets snow and wind. I helped him with the assembly part of it which was really easy. Pros: stylish

Great product, exactly as it seems online. Installation is a bit tricky measuring-wise but manual is good and thorough.
