I'm returning it as it is very flimsy. A slight wind will likely knock it down. Worst of all, I have to pay $46.00 just to return all this plastic. Do your research and never assume you can return items for a full refund from Wayfair!

Our awning lives on coastal NC and has been through two tropical storms, it's holding up great!

Came damaged from shipping. The polycarbonate top is flimsy and was punctured since there is no protective packaging inside the box. The top appears as long straws glued together. The plastic rails have thin walls. I doubt this awning can withstand 20-30 mph wind. Quality is comparable to those selling 40-50.

Easy install. Attached to siding above door. All plastic so I’m not sure how long it will last. The looks and quality are equal to what the purchase price was.

Waiting to see if missing pieces arrive timely

The awning looks good and is as advertised. However, it was a bit difficult to install. The edge of one panel was bent and therefore did not slide into the channel as easily as expected. We are satisfied with it but had to work really hard to get it over my motherMs door.

Was rather cheap. All plastic accept the two bars. Also was damaged in shipping!

Works fine, missed expectations. The frame is made of plastic, but from the description I thought it would be aluminum. The corrugated cover is clear, not gray-tinted as I expected from the description. So far, the construction seems sturdy. We'll see if it holds up to a Colorado wind storm.

I have been looking for an awning to cover my side door. Found this awning from palram and decided to purchase this one. Quite surprised with the quality, it is better than what I expected. It came with a good package to make sure there wont be any damage to the inside. The material is strong and sturdy. The installation is not that hard. I was able to get it installed nicely under 2 hours. Nice product, will purchase again in the future if I need more.
