Package came in damaged along with a panel that was damaged and after following the process for a dispute and return, I was just sent an automated email that says to contact the manufacturer. That is an unacceptable response when I purchased from Wayfair and received a damaged delivery. At this point I would rethink who to purchase from. Great when there are no issues but a poor response when there is one.

Will grow herbs, garlic, beans, peas, radish, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, spinach etc..pretty much all year long. I’ve had it for about 5 years and couple of the latches broke but it still works. Lots of storage under. I wish it had a higher quality latch and had a deeper bed so I can grow carrots, potatoes etc..

One of my polycarbonate sheets came cut deeply, the track that the frame connects with on this sheet was completely missing. Luckily the other side was fine and I managed to put this together. It was actually very easy to put together (if you have a few hours). I managed to do almost all of it by myself but it'll help to have a second person with you. It only became difficult to put together towards the end, some of the instructions weren't very clear but it came together eventually! Really happy with it overall

I like the greenhouse. It’s just the right size I was looking for. I gave it four stars because the company that was hired to do the installation did not complete the job. He left my job incomplete saying he was late for his next job. Now I have to pay someone else to complete the work. The greenhouse however is good.

Bait and Switch!!!!! My niece had this greenhouse at her home for several years and I thought is was an excellent design and well made. I ordered one for Christmas for my daughter and we just got to putting it together this spring. It is in no way near the same quality! The plexiglass that is on my niece’s product is real plexiglass and sturdy. This one has thin plastic that I can snip with a dull scissor. The plastic is not even as sturdy as a thin plastic take out container. The price is outrageous for this poor quality! What a true disappointment! Unfortunately, for Palram, I won’t order another one of their products. Their loss because we order lots of products for two homes and yards.

Not great construction for the price...

I put this in an uneven area of my yard, where it gets some shade in full summer, but full sun before the trees leaf out. I built a foundation using a 1/2 sheet of outdoor plywood and 2x4's, and then used pavers under the corners to level it. The next day, I assembled the greenhouse. It took several hours to do alone. The hardest part was sliding the long hinge rails together: once you get about a foot connected, gently open and close the clamshell slightly while sliding the parts together. You have to lift the clamshells to raise the side panels to access the storage. I connected the 4 drain hoses to the vertical supports, but the hoses still get in the way of storing larger/taller items. I drilled large holes for the hoses to drain into the gravel under the platform. It withstands wind well, but high winds dropped a 15 foot branch from my neighbor's tree 30 yards away. The top rail dented slightly, and one of the clamshell corner brackets broke. The plastic panels are flexible enough that they didn't crack. More durable than I expected it to be.

I planted with succulents in this zone 9. So fun to easily prop open for rain watering plants.

Unfortunately this is so poorly made it can’t even hold dirt. The plastic pan is similar to a disposable takeout container. I am so disappointed I purchased this for my mom for a gift and spent way too much $$. It’s probably worth $50.
