The product I ordered was suppose to be a 12ft by 12ft Canopy with poles and a roof but the only thing sent to me were the sidewalls that protect you from the wind which is useless if you don't have the poles and canopy to attach the sidewalls to. When I called to ask where the canopy was they said I only ordered sidewalls. When I said I wanted to return the sidewalls and get my money back they said I had to pay $14.88 for shipping which would be subtracted from the money I was suppose to be refunded. The supervisor wouldn't even give me satisfaction. The whole experience was completely aggravating and unless someone contacts me to refund the $14.88 that I should not have been charged I plan on never ordering anything from Wayfair again.
