This pole is pricey but it's HEAVY & SOLID!!! I think we'll never have to buy another one. Cant wait to put he sail up (last step for some shade) for the 4th.

BUYER BEWARE. Because the instructions for mounting the pole are insufficient, I have had to search online to figure out how to do so. What I have discovered is that a significant length of the pole needs to be in the ground and it needs to be slanted, which makes both of the mounting accessory options useless. Perhaps the physical specs of this pole allow it to be mounted without the slant or not having to be in the ground, but Colourtree provides no clarification, so this pole is currently worthless and I will not have a shade sail over my deck as planned.

We dont have it fully installed yet, but I think its going to work wonderfully for our triangle shade. We used cement to anchor it in the ground. Super heavy weight, and I am confident that this will hold up for years to come.

This pole is huge and very sturdy , but it’s only one pole , my impression was that I was getting all 4 poles lol , but it’s not if you want to hang your shade sail please make sure you get 4 ! Which is pretty pricey

We got these awesome poles in and were very impressed!! We will be installing them soon, but from the onset we were pleasantly surprised. They came very quick and were packaged very well. The instructions appear to be straightforward and easy to understand. The poles themselves and very heavy and come with the appropriate equipment to mount them. Once I get them installed I will come back and update pictures and review but so far I can say they certainly appear to be worth the money and look like they will last many years.

This pole is very sturdy and is east to assemble. The pole has a lot of weight to it, but the weight is manageable for two people. I am slightly concerned about the depth of my slab and the anchors - not a product issue though.

Nice quality of this single stainless steel pole. Will need some work on getting a location identified before installation. Satisfied what I got. Package is very heavy. 3 sections of the pole so one can adjust the height base on need.

I had no idea how heavy this would be at all. It is so heavy I can barely slide it over a few inches. I know it would be strong but not like this thing! Needless to say I will never put the pole up ever. It does come in three sections with threads to combine them. I think it was overkill for a tarp to tie to but that’s my opinion.

It was delivered on time. The box was long Slinky but it was very very heavy. We haven't had a chance to put it up. Because it looks like we're going to have to have it set into a concrete slab. To hold it steady. It will not stand up straight and gesture alone. It's that heavy. So I will update my review as soon as we've had a chance to put it up. The plan is to put it up in the backyard, and attached string lights going back and forth to the house in different directions.
