These are the Best! I have only owned these for the last 10 years here in Phoenix Arizona. The material will last in real hot sun unlike most all types of sun umbrellas. What damages any umbrella is opening it all the way. Why? Because when the wind comes up they are like a full sail and the wind can destroy the umbrella. Open them but not all the way let them flap a little and they can withstand wind much better
