They get three stars but could go up to 5 if they fix the two issues. Issue 1) missing bolt 2) holes in arm of chair 1/4” off so it rocks big time assembled. Pictures taken with chair level.

The patio conversation set is amazing! I shopped a long while for a set that didn't break the bank and was still great quality. It's hard to tell online what product quality will be, so I'm grateful for all the reviews with photos, which helped make my decision. So glad we purchased this, it's well worth the money! While I agree with the other reviewers that the cushions start off a bit hard, the furniture is still very comfortable and lounge-y. It's very lightweight thanks to the aluminum and the cushions start put (no blowing away in the wind). It was easy to put together and has been very easy to clean so far. It looks great in our space and we've gotten so many compliments on it!

Just love the Seating group. It came in 3 boxes. The loveseat did not have any hardware so we are still trying to find some hardware to put it together. I was out of town when it was delivered so by the time I got back and we started putting it together the 30 days was up to be able to ask for the missing parts. So a bit upset over this but otherwise the chairs are put together and enjoying them.

Updating my review to 5 stars after contacting support that promised to replaced the broken part. The set looks great but 1 chair arrived with a broken leg.

We really like the set! Easy to assemble and it looks great. It’s actually very comfortable. Others have mentioned the seat cushions are stiffer but we find that very comfortable. I downgraded one star because a chair handle arrived damaged but I’m living with it.
