Very realistic looking and seems pretty durable. As others have mentioned, I would not place this deer in direct sunlight all day. We live in Florida, and the sun can get pretty intense. We placed it with a wood stake for support in a mostly shaded area of our yard.

I love this Woodland Buck Deer Statue!!! The detail is absolutely amazing! Very beautiful. It looks so real. I sprayed the deer with a matte spray to protect it from the sun and weather. I am curious how the real deer in my neighborhood will react to this deer!

This statue is so detailed and life like from a distance. I love it! Using it in a flower garden this Spring with the smaller one in a different garden. Extremely beautiful! It's head comes to my hip and with the horns comes to my waist. His body comes to my mid thigh. I am 5' 1 tall. I would recommend this statue.

The deer is awesome and It was packed well and I got it so quickly. Nice addition to my yard.

Cons: Left side antler doesn't fit into pocket properly. Had to glue it down. Size is deceptive based on photo. He is much smaller. Should advertise as miniature replica of adult buck . It's the size of a baby fawn or doe. So I can't use it for the purpose I was hoping for. My dogs and/or the elements would destroy it. Not life size as in Google Search Engine or as advertised despite the specified dimensions. The ad pic is deceptive! Reasons for the 4 Stars and not 5. Pros: Love him for my indoor family room. He fits right in perfectly w/his off-distant gazing brown deer eyes, menacing brown antlers & his beautiful life like colors! SoO adorable! He is the perfect center show piece for his little corner of the room. LOVE HIM in the house w/me! I named him Buckster! He works for me!!!
