"Burn Time: Enjoy 1-1.5 hours" But no longer than that. The unit is too hot to refill when the pellets run out. And there's a huge smoke cloud when the pellets are gone. Hardly any smoke until then. I like that the heat is down at chair height. I like that it uses pellets rather than propane. But man, I wish there were a way to refill it because we need a heat solution for longer than 90 mins.

Looks great, just as advertised. It doesn’t kick off as much heat as I hoped but it does add lots of ambiance. I might opt for the bigger version if I could do it again as it produces more heat.

Very nice. Took little time to put together. Looks very nice. Does not put out as much heat as I would like but it looks pretty

My husband thought I was crazy when I purchased this pellet heater. We assembled it, which was pretty easy and bought a bag of pellets (less than $5 for a large bag). It took us a couple of times using it before my husband conceded that it in fact is quite easy to use. We have enjoyed it many evening watching the sunset over Lake Barkley from our front porch. Now my husband sets up the hopper earlier in the day, puts a small fire starter brick in it and we are ready to go. We pour a glass of beer and begin the evening sunset routine. The pellets burn for about 1hr 15minutes per hopper. The perfect amount of time to relax enjoy a beverage and a cigar before going in for dinner. We are sooo happy with this small porch heater. The flame is a really nice touch in addition to the mild heat it puts out. Really, really happy we made this purchase. It doesn't put out a lot of heat but, is perfect for two chairs sitting on a covered front porch during the mild evenings of fall/winter/spring in Kentucky. The price is great as well.

Looks exactly like the picture. It is small in size and has wheels on the bottom for moving. It was easy to put together and it comes with glass and metal. Appears to be well made. I filled it up with pellets but haven’t tried to light it yet. It does have a trap to catch ashes but appears to have a hole under the ‘ash tray’ am Nervous about putting it on my wood deck and wonder if it would be better on concrete. Due to it being metal you don’t want to move it after it’s lit. I imagine it will be very hot.

Nice product. Difficulty lighting the way it says to light it.

I got this patio heater well packaged and very easy to assemble. Took me about 15 minutes to do so taking my time. I appreciate that instructions gave you step-by-step as well as the parts were all separated step-by-step so made it a lot easier to assemble. I got this standing patio heater for my gazebo area, and it’s been perfect for fall evenings outdoors. The size is just right not too large to dominate the space but big enough to provide ample warmth. It gives off a pleasant heat that lets us enjoy the patio comfortably. Plus, it’s made of aluminum, so it won’t rust, which is a big plus for outdoor use. The design is a real eye-catcher! The glass feature lets you see the flames, adding a nice visual element, and the black finish complements our décor. We’ve gotten tons of compliments on it. It’s also practical the heater isn’t too heavy and comes with wheels, so it’s easy to move around once it’s cooled down. We also appreciate the handle for easy removal and refilling of the wood pellet canister. This way, we can refill without touching anything hot. Overall, we’re thrilled with this product!”

Cute little fireplace! We got it because we already have bags of pellets on hand for our pellet stove in the house. It takes just a scoop of them to burn for several hours. The directions said to soak the pellets in vegetable oil That sounded a bit messy, my husband squirted them with some isopropyl alcohol and ignited with a propane torch, we have no problem lighting it that way. It gives off a nice glow, it would have to be in a small enclosed space to provide much heat however. Love the option of the wheels to move it around where needed. My only complaint is the hopper that holds the burning pellets stays hot for a long time after it runs out so it’s very hard to refill right away.

Easy to put together. Even easier to light. Didn’t have any vegetable fuel, so I used a dash of motor oil and a little bit of paper. Gives off some heat and it’s quite attractive. Could easily be a focal point of a porch get together, but would be lovely off to the side amongst some tall plants. It gets compliments. I love that I can have fire on a covered porch. It doesn’t burn (or even heat) the deck underneath so no need for a fire pad. Great product.
