EAST OAK Portable 725 Square Inches Smoker

The smoker was delivered as promised and was packaged very well with no apparent damage. Was a good experience so far. Hopefully it will perform great as well.

The item I purchased had outdated information listed on the website—a key feature was no longer available, which I confirmed directly with the manufacturer. Despite this, customer service refused to acknowledge the issue and only offered to send a part that wouldn’t restore the missing feature. This was not an acceptable resolution, and I found the response unhelpful and dismissive.s describe.

Easy to assemble and keeps good heat. plenty of racks for chicken or fish. Wood chips only, no pellets FYI..

Great smoker at a great price. We really enjoy using it and food turns out great. Setup was easy and digital controls - remote are great

Beautiful design and craftsmanship…make sure you prep the unit as instructed before the first use. Afterwards, you will have a great time watching your food slowly cook through the see through door. The smoky smell is tantalizing while the taste of the food will make you smile.
