Ordered the size that is 4.9' tall, but rather than being one panel tall it is two smaller pieces. The connection mechanism does not hold the pieces together so it feels very unstable. I would imagine the lower height sizes that are only one panel tall are much more stable.

Excellent, we'll made and exactly what I needed. Price point is good.

The amount and dimensions of material delivered was not as ordered. The amount was 5-10 less than ordered and the dimension were so different that the original plan was scraped completely. Then I sent them photos of the material delivered and they claimed I did not send them. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to resolve this issue even after i told them i had to postpone renting equipment needed to do the work because the wrong material was delivered.

Very difficult to put together, no directions

Product presentation does not state that there is a divider in the middle. Instead of having a full 59 inch length you have two cages of 29.5 inches. I had planed on filling the gabion cage with RifRap bags that would fit three across the 59 inches. With the divider is is not possible.

Shipment was fine. Product consists of quality material. My only complaint is the instructions were less than helpful with so many confusing details and barely any explanation. Nevertheless, it all went together easily and will satisfy my original intent.

Easy to assemble and easy to modify. Great value. 2x4 grid is flexible for many types and sizes of stone.

Needs better assembly instructions.

Product is great, and very easy to set up. The diagonal design help with a common problem with gabion baskets - they bow and flex when rocks are added. I still used the included bars to further strengthen the design, but the diagonal design is a huge help. I underestimated the effort of loading rocks into these, but that's on me!
