The shutters are absolutely gorgeous, I just wish they had come in the size I ordered them. I appreciate the quick and effective customer service they made it right. And ultimately the beautiful product is worth the hassle.

Very disappointed with the quality finish of the shutters and painted finish. The shutters were not sanded properly and have a rough finish and the painted finish arrived scratched and dented from delivery. Because I ordered shutters with painted finish, they are not returnable. I ordered 6 pairs of shutters at a considerable cost and feel I have no recourse. Would not recommend.

I ordered these Americraft Louver Shutters in the natural wood (meaning without any stain or coloring). These shutters are made of hawaiian mango wood which is a very dense and heavy wood. The coloring of these shutters; being that they were not stained or painted, was of varied brown and beige natural colors of the hawaiian mango tree. Additionally, each shutter is very heavy; quite different than one would find in a store bought shutter made of a pine product. I am totally happy with this product as well as the shipping and delivery.

Terrible product and quality. The shutters arrived with uneven paint, edges bruised up, uncountable imperfections. I am trying to return for a full refund. Don’t even consider this product.

We ordered more than 20 shutters. We were very pleased with the quality and construction. 4 stars is because of Wayfair service. One of the shutters had a damaged Louver and I still have not received a response from customer service on a replacement.
