Update: unboxing the sanua I encountered some major issues with the instructions. The instructions provided limited details with assembling. Also, there were some minor damage sanua. However, not so much that I would send it back. Infrared sauna just arrived and has not been assembled. The review is solely based on the delivery team service. The delivery team was professional, respectful, and courteous throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed.

Glass doors came damaged however customer service is working well with me so it's just a delay to finish install as of now customer service gets 5
