I purchased this in the fall. Over the course of the winter, without any use, the top piece of this was damaged, likely due to wind, but I do not know when. Despite a 1-year warranty for normal use, I was told they would not send a replacement part - and that the part was out of stock anyway, possibly for months. Do not recommend.
