Fire Sense Pyramid Flame Patio Heater 40,000 BTU, Propane Heater Tower with Wheels - Hammered Platinum Finish

Came damaged and with missing screws but it’s an amazing looking heater, definitely a great buy if it wasn’t damaged.

This patio heater is ok to look at, but could be better. The top itfairly cheap and the door to the propane locker comes open accidently quite often. Functionally it seems to cut on and work good. There is a wide range of flame difference between low and high. You can feel the heat good even though it is behind the cylindrical glass. Assembly was quite difficult. The instructions were not good at all and the pictures in the instructions not very helpful. Several times we had to disassemble and reassemble to get the correct orientation of parts relative to other parts. Also the hardware is not good quality. Screws stripped easily and several became unusable. Because of these difficulties it took about 3 hours to fully assemble and get working. Would not recommend to anyone that is not very well adept to assembling things of this nature

We have yet to use this and will update my review when I can start it up!! It took a couple hours to assemble and was a little tricky. There were a couple small dents in the metal and needed a replacement part and Wayfair came to the rescue. This will be nice to use on the few little chilly nights we have! I love that it’s on wheels! I’m excited to use this patio heater!!

This patio heater is awesome! It is VERY tall. See photo next to my husbands electrical van with ladders on top! The first heater I received had a bent part. I contacted Wayfairs excellent customer service. The replacement part was unavailable so I had to wait for an entirely new unit but it shipped quickly and only took about another week. My husband said this was not fun to put together and it took him several hours so I probably love this more than he does! It puts out a lot of heat and looks really nice too. I am not sure if its commercial grade but it looks nicer than many heaters I have seen on outdoor restaurant patios. It has two wheels on the bottom so you can tilt it and move easily. I highly recommend this!

This was packaged well and delivered quickly. My complaint that made this a 4 instead of a 5 was it was ridiculous to put together. Having to unscrew "preinstalled" screws was time consuming and annoying as well as some unlcear portions of instrucitons that led to having to partially take apart to fully put together the proper way. Otherwise a beautiful patio heater.

I can’t not wait! October is right around the corner! Fire this up at night will make it perfect around the patio set, came fast. Super sturdy! No issues just yet. Still have to set it all the way up.
