I purchased for my 6 yo grandson. I had a little over a year and one of the main poles collapsed. I contacte the company for a replacement pole directly. They responded that it would be no problem to get fix just to send them a copy of the invoice and a picture of the damaged piece and they would respond in 24 hr. I have reached out with the needed information multiple times and they will not respond. My grandson maybe jumped on it 20 times or less. I expected better quality and for it to last longer than a year.

This trampoline came well packaged. It took my husband and I around 2.5 to 3 hours to install. We have not put up the lights or sprinkler since its still cooler outside. Its been pretty windy and rainy here today, and its staying well anchored with the stakes. The directions on the basketball hoop were confusing at first. We replaced the steps with a set of wooden ones, but everything has been great thus far in the week weve had it. I love that the upright poles have a sleeve cover to protect the foam from deteriorating in the sun.
