Parts wear broken some of the wires were vented in the box and the black plates too

Screw fasteners missing. Cheaply constructed. Quality equated to the price. I.e. low price and low quality. Will buy a higher quality item next time. It does put out good heat for a pyramid heater.

We had it for the Super Bowl it was so cold outside but kept us all warm we didn’t even need jackets so is very good and the best part kids try to touch the metal guard and it didn’t get hot but the side send heat not just the top
