Loved it at first! Left the cover off once and it started peeling. Very disappointing!

The finish was not that great. It scratches easily. OK for the price

Love it. Dependable. Lights right up. Good heat output. Wish it had wheels.

Terrible quality…had nothing but trouble with trying to start it since I got it. Bought it at end of season in 2023 so only had last summer with it and when I brought it out this year it is crumbling and falling apart. Will contact company to see if they can help but I will assume they won’t.

Its not lightweight concrete. It feels like plaster. And paint is coming off...

During the summer I have had it covered because its to hot to use. Today uncovering it now with the cover that was provided. Some of the paint has now pealed off. Ot sire how long its going to last. Haven’t used it at all yet.

I placed a complaint that the fire pit was delivered damaged. And I’m still waiting to get it resolved. They offered me a 25% discount. However, it’s a huge whole on the side of the fire pit. And doesn’t look like it can be repaired. So I’m waiting for another response. So we can come to a solution.

Solid construction, no issues. Working great so far

Purchased this product in June 2019. Being in the Northeast it was only used 3-4 months out of the year. We were diligent in keeping the fire pit covered when not in use and through the winter months. Unfortunately, it’s crumbling after 3 seasons. It’s disheartening considering the time and effort we took to protect it. Dissatisfied. Buyer beware.
