Five Star Space Saver II Swing Set

My kids are obsessed! The swingset is perfect for a small space. They enjoy climbing the rock wall and swinging.

The Worst buying and delivery experience of my internet purchasing life. Hands down. The gorilla product is perfectly acceptable sturdy worthwhile purchase and I apologize to the company for this 1 star review, but do yourself a favor and buy it from ANYONE BUT WAYFAIR. They are a truly atrocious company to work with the faux sympathetic platitudes offered by customer service from psychology or de-escalation training 101 are simply infuriating. While they continue to do ABSOLUTELY nothing to rectify their errors and misstatements (if we are being generous)...except off $10 off your next purchase...great. But by missing your promised dates you already ruined a 4th and 6th Birthday surprise, so that really does help much does it?..but they sure do understand how it could be frustrating. They actually suggested that I turn a truck around from its final terminal (for a fee of course) return it to is origin and ship out a second vs making adjustments to the first order. The sheer waste was more irksome than when they were just flat out refusing to assist. I am sure they care not at all, bc I am just one person, but I look forward to this being my last purchase with this company. I will have to source my cheap furniture elsewhere. There are many other companies out there that have wonderful customer service. And it was finally just delivered a week and a half after it missed the delivery date, causing me to reschedule the assembly. NO PHONE CALL, NO KNOCK AT THE DOOR, after have stayed at home three days in a row in anticipation of directing the load to where it needs to be dropped, and instead walking outside by happenstance to watch the truck drive away and the 500lb pallet exactly where it can't be plopped on my sidewalk. Needless to say, I will have a very hard time moving this 500 lb pallet and an even harder time surprising my children with it for their birthday. All around an awful experience. 0 stars for wayfair. TBD on the swingset.

The swingset was outstanding. The quality was beyond our expectations, and we think that the swingset will be with us for many years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I found this! I wanted a small swing set for my grandkids that still had a lot of fun features, and it's perfect. The cedar smells and looks terrific, and every part is sturdy and well-made. It took my husband 3 days to put it together by himself. It was a big hit for the kids at my son's wedding recently (my adult son was the first one on it, besides my husband :-))

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly was great. Had to drill *some* holes, but the predrilled holes for most of the bolts made assembly much quicker. A jig for spacing would have been nice. Robertson screws was also nice, but prefer Torx. Doable by one person, but much easier with two.
